We’ve had a great experience with Nicole at the ARK of Cherubims for non-emergency medical transportation in Cincinnati. They’ve been helping my grandmother get to appointments and around town. The level of care is outstanding. Very professional and AGAIN its the kind of care you NEED for this type of service.

Do you provide transportation for non-medical purposes?

Yes! In addition to medical transportation, we offer private transportation for personal errands, social visits, church, grocery trips, special events, and more.

Do you offer door-through-door service?

Absolutely. Our trained drivers provide door-through-door assistance, ensuring our passengers are safely escorted from inside their home to inside their destination.

Are your drivers certified and trained?

Yes. All of our drivers undergo thorough background checks, are fully licensed, and receive specialized training in passenger safety and care.

How far in advance do I need to schedule a ride?

We recommend scheduling at least 24 to 48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when possible.
